Designed in 2005 by Stefano Giovannoni, the "Mami" collection of kitchenknives is back in the Alessi catalogue with the addition of specialtypes.
Made entirely from stainless steel, "Mami" knives satisfy all foodpreparation needs. The smooth lines and rounded shapes of "Mami" handlesare complemented by blades that are highly effective at slicing, cuttingand filleting.

The "Mami" series includes a multi-purpose knife, a kitchen knife, abread knife and a Santoku knife, the traditional Japanese kitchen knife.
