When used to sharpen a knife it resembles a floret or aspade, when placed in the container with the blade down it pretends tobe a beautiful Cantedesca flower. The calyx of the flower providesexcellent protection against the sharpened knife. The coating of the nibwith diamond dust is a guarantee of perfect sharpening. Fioretto usedafter each series of cuts will ensure a constant high quality of theblade and allow precise cutting.

The product is made of plastic and stainless steel coated with diamonddust.
