CHEMITOOL Zirconia Alumina Z Flap Disc is composed of a mixture of abrasive grains in Zirconia Alumina Z and Aluminium Oxide A and has an excellent removal rate and durability. It aims to deburr, grind weld beads and remove varnishes and paints and imperfections from surfaces.
CHEMITOOL Zirconia Alumina Z Flap Disc flat format ensures a large grinding area for grinding surfaces, deburring, chamfering, working edges and weld beads.
The conical format, has a narrower grinding area to eliminate weld beads, chamfering and deburring. To make the most of the abrasive lamellae, you must work at a contact angle with the surface from 0° to 15°.
