CHEMITOOL CUTTING 90º Countersinker 6 pieces HSSE-G M35 (5% CO)

The HSS CHEMITOOL countersinker is made entirely of high-speed steel of M35 (5% Cobalt) quality, prepared for drilling in metals with a hardness up to 1200N/mm2., according to DIN 335 standard. The 90º countersinker has as its main characteristic, the reaming, thus allowing the application of a screw or rivet, where its conical head fits correctly in the reamed area, maintaining the uniformity of the surface. It has a TiAlN (Titanium-Aluminum-Nitride) coating to give it durable and heat dissipating properties. One of the main advantages of this countersinker is the faceted shank (3 faces), its helping to maintain pressure on the countersinker shank, preventing it from loosening more easily from the bushing clamps. The use of lubrication in the drilling process will increase the service life and reduce the heating of the drill, this application should not be forgotten when drilling materials with a high hardness and abrasion.
