This mini party burger maker fills delicious finger-food burgers. Tomake vegetarian patties (with polenta, buckwheat or spelt dough) orclassic meat patties, the 60gr mixture is put into the stainless-steelmould with an elevated centre and compacted with a press which alsogives the burger its appetising ridged appearance. The elevation in thebase forms a dimple in the patties which ensures their shape retentionduring frying. The set is easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
