Aggressive brush. Excellent for heavy brushing work such as deburring, cleaning, derusting and descaling as well as for removing weld spatter.
Steel wire is the most common trim material. Brushes with steel wire trim material are particularly suitable for surface treatment and deburring. PFERD special wire has a high tensile and bending fatigue strength. This ensures optimum wear of the wire and a long service life, even with extreme brushing applications.

Steel wire can withstand temperatures up to 300 °C.
