The 250ºC plus series is extremely robust. All products have areinforced edge. The herb mill from the series works on the principle ofa mortar. With the pestle you crush the desired ingredients, the cupserves as a mortar and can be used at the same time for serving. If youdon´t need your delicious spice mixture for the moment, you can simplyuse the spice mill pestle as a lid and set the cup aside.
