The sheet measures 40x30 and has an exterior border that preventsspilling while spreading the batter for baking. Once baked and after thecake sheet has cooled off, spread on the cake filling with the help ofthe spatula. We then roll the cake using the sheet, which is veryflexible, making this task much easier. The Decopen provides aprofessional finish for the decoration of the cake. Both the sheet andthe spatula are made of high-quality platinum silicone and are suitablefor use in the oven, microwave and freezer and, of course, thedishwasher.
