Large Santoku Knife - Mami. Designed in 2005 by Stefano Giovannoni, the "Mami" collection of kitchenknives is back in the Alessi catalogue with the addition of specialtypes. Made entirely from stainless steel, "Mami" knives satisfy all foodpreparation needs.
