

Le Nid was created by Christian Ghion and Michelin star awarded, starchef Pierre Gagnaire. The project is aimed at meeting the needs of itspreparation in the kitchen, of serving it at the table and of itsindividual consumption. Le Nid is composed of a container, a trestle anda ring. Made of stoneware, it is possible to use the container in theoven and in a bain-marie, using the steel ring as a support. Then, whenit#s time to serve, the container is placed on a stainless steel perchthat keeps it raised off the plate, for reasons of both convenience andto properly highlight the preparation. The outer surface of thecontainer is rough to ensure stability while cooking and when served onits perch.
