CHEMITOOL Vinyl Chemical Resin

- High performance, non-styrene vinylester based injection resin. It works in dry and wet holes.

- Recommended for use in concrete, stone, solid bricks and in a wide variety of applications.

- It is also suitable for structural applications, with reinforcement bars in new construction or restoration works, and fastening bushings for prefabricated concrete elements.

- Fast hardening chemical anchorage system consisting of 2 parts. Applied in a single action, this resin will produce a fixed cost-effective, stable and chemical resistant anchorage.

- Advantages:

- Can be applied horizontally or vertically;

- It works in dry and wet holes;

- Suitable for heavy and non-contacting loads;

- Does not contain styrene, low odour;

- Suitable for threaded rods from M8 to M30 and reinforced bars from Ø16 to Ø32;

- Easy to expel and inject;

- Quick curing.

- Before injecting, check the expiration date of the product, the resistance of the substrate and the temperature of use. Application and adjustment of the product are only possible before it hardens.
